We had a fantastic stay at this venue. The location is absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and situated in a small recreational area. It was truly a unique experience to stay in such an old castle, filled with charm and history. The rooms were spacious, light, and airy, providing us with a comfortable and luxurious stay. The service was impeccable, with the staff being friendly and attentive to our needs. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet, with a wide selection of food, including a bread basket that was exceptionally lovely. we were extremely satisfied with our stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Great restaurant, Beautiful scenery

We visited this hotel and were blown away by the amazing quality of the food in the restaurant and the stunning views of the surrounding nature. The rooms were comfortable with everything we needed. The location was perfect for exploring the area and we had a wonderful time on the nearby hiking trails.

The bedding was quite uncomfortable and we found it difficult to sleep. the service at breakfast was poor with long wait times and uninterested staff.

This hotel is located in a beautiful setting on a hill, surrounded by a forest, inside an original German castle from the 13th century. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, providing guests with a feeling of being in a real castle, and the modern bathroom is clean and a nice contrast. the staff is extremely helpful and friendly, and the hotel restaurant serves delicious food in a cozy atmosphere.

One thing to note is that the breakfast service can be slow and understaffed at times, sometimes resulting in long waits for tables and coffee.

During my recent stay at a charming castle hotel, I was amazed by the beautiful surroundings and unique atmosphere. What really stood out to me was the exceptional hospitality of the staff, who made me and my furry friend feel like part of the family. They even provided a dog bed, bowls, and a towel in the room for my canine companion. The hotel's festive decorations and twinkling fairy lights added to the magical ambiance, especially as Christmas approached. The location was perfect, with plenty of nature walks nearby for me to explore. I would definitely love to return for another memorable stay.

It's important to note that the hotel is situated on a hill, so be prepared for some uphill walking. Additionally, being an old castle, the walls may not be soundproof, and noises from neighboring rooms could be heard.
